Hospital setting Psych Nurse Practitioner needed in Central Vermont. This is an inpatient hospital rounding on about 12-20 pa! tients per day. Responsibilities include: Establishes and records a plan of care-Regulates and Adjusts Medications and Treatments-Monitors and records progress, evaluates plan of care and makes modifications accordingly-Consults and collaborates with members of the healthcare team in the assessment of management of mental health problems.-Provides teaching and counseling aimed at prevention of illness and accident modification of risk factors to health, and maintenance of high level wellness.-Must work well under pressure.7 days on and 7 days off 12 hour shifts!Full benefits will be offered along with the position.
