Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Community Health Centers of the Rutland Region (CHCRR) is ! a Federally Qualified Community Health Center that employs over 30 Providers at 4 Medical facilities which collectively provide over 90,000 outpatient visits annually. CHCRR is looking for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who enjoys working as an integral part of a multi-disciplinary health delivery team, including primary care, psychiatry, and social work. CHCRR utilizes an integrated Electronic Medical Record and Practice Management system. Patient demand in our community has created the need for additional Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner positions at the Rutland and Castleton Community Health Centers.
