Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant / Rutland, VT ! 05701 - The second largest hospital in Vermont is looking for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their in-patient mental health department This department is directed by two Psychiatrists and has 19 beds. There are 6 mental health ICU beds. See adult patients from from 18 years and up. Consult with physicians in diagnosis and treatment of a variety of behavioral problems through medication and counseling. MHNP or PA-C must have at least 1 year experience working in with mental health patients. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5PM. with no call, no weekends. Rutland is located approximately 65 miles north of Massachusetts and 20 miles east of New York state and is the third largest city in Vermont. Enjoy world class skiing just up the road, at the Killington and Pico ski areas, Salary $85-95K, based on experience.
