Job Details:VISTA represents the second largest hospital in the state of Vermont seeking a Geriatrician to join their growing, post-acute care program. Candidates must be BC/BE in Fa mily Medicine or Internal Medicine.

- Full-time position with support from two Nurse Practitioners
- Certified Level III Medical Homes

- Robust integrated behavioral health program employing Psychiatrists, Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioners and licensed Clinical Social Workers
