As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients and helping them find solutions for their business needs using Kata platforms.
Job Description:
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers based on our ideal customer’s profile.
Generating leads by prospecting and qualifying to create a pipeline.
Establish new relationships with prospective clients, understand their needs by scheduling outbound calls or conducting product demos
Understanding customers' needs and identifying critical business opportunities that position Kata.ai as a strategic partner.
Developing leads and referrals
Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.
Experience in generating outbound leads is a mustHas a minimum of 2 years of solid experience in inside sales or account management
Good familiarity with technology platforms (e.g omnichannel, CRM, etc.)
Experience in B2B Saas inside sales, know how to research & qualify leads
Experience in handling cold-calling activities and scheduling product demos
Fluent in English - both written and verbal
Excellent communication skill, able to conduct strong elevator pitch.
Customer-centric mindset, able to understand customer needs
Able to collaborate with multiple teams effectively.
