Currently we are looking for a Student Success Manager.
Student Success Manager is responsible for directing student success efforts, formulating research based decisions regarding the development of programs and services, assisting in the planning, implementation and evaluation of student support systems, and collaborating with other departments to narrow the gap of attrition and improve overall student satisfaction and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement targeted strategies to support the educational success of students.
  • Identify and work with at-risk students
  • Monitor student progress, provide regular feedback, and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and goals.
  • Design, implement, and assess initiatives focused on enhancing student retention, engagement, and overall satisfaction.
  • Analyze data to inform strategic decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • English C1+
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in student support or a similar role within an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with educational technologies and data analysis tools.
  • Passion for student success and a commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
