We are on the lookout for technical ServiceNow consultants for our office in Copenhagen, and would love to hear from you regardless of whether you have experience as a consultant or not.

What will you be working with?

You will work with the customer to understand how Devoteam's solutions and consultancy services can add the most value to the customer. We work together in the team throughout the entire implementation process, both in the starting, development and configuration as well as the implementation of solutions, and we always follow the solution through to the customer.

We draw on all our experience with consultancy service and deliveries to ensure that our customer experiences a 360 degree view, e.g. based on the following:

  • Development and configuration of solutions that support the customer's processes

  • Facilitation of meetings and workshops with customers

  • Specifying processes based on customer interaction

  • Design of processes based on specifications

Requirement profile

You are based in Denmark, and your technical knowledge and consulting skills/potential is top notch.

Moreover, you have the ability to communicate easily and effortlessly combined with good analytical and social skills. You value honesty, respect and professionalism, as these are also important values in Devoteam and part of our consultant DNA.

Professional qualifications:

  • Preferably a master’s degree in IT, engineer, computer scientist or equivalent

  • Consulting experience from the IT Service Management industry

  • Experience with ServiceNow, including experience configuring solutions.

  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, C# or similar

  • Fluent in Danish and English - both in writing and speaking

Relevant product-specific certifications within ServiceNow and knowledge of best practices and frameworks such as ITIL are an advantage, but not a requirement as we offer it as part of your continuous development.
