Job Description:
- Works closely with HR team to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity.
- Asisst in recruitment functions including sourcing of candidates, coordinating interview and executing hiring procedures.
- Assist in handling HRIS related matters & personal file management.
- Assist in monthly claims processing.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to learn new skills.
- Must be able to maintain discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Candidate must possess own transport (the working location is far for public transport)
- Required Languages: English, Malay, Mandarin
