Supplier Relation Officer [Qatar]


 

Large based hospitality group looking for Supplier Relation Officer / Key Accounts Officer. The Officer develops and continually improves post-award supplier processes designed to enhance relationships.

Job description:

· Removing Expiry on a daily basis (make expiries for all branches are removed from the system.)

· Recheck (Double check) expiry for branches that are done by some.

· Writing delivery bills

· Stock Checking and Dispatching work of assigned branches minimum 3 or more than 3. (Peek days or staff shortage minimum for 5 branches)

· Checking delivery orders location wise

· Updating all Invoices of assigned branches.

· Updating Group and following Operation for orders.

· Daily group update for 3 hours in the evening. Act as backup for updation whenever the assigned person is not available or has a load in groups.

· Informing suppliers about their all orders delivery status.

· Collecting orders from suppliers and posting in groups

· Preparing daily tracking

· Preparing reports for delivery suppliers on a weekly basis.

· Submitting reports to rental suppliers in detailed format on a monthly basis.

· Branch Auditing and Report making

· Self-Auditing and report making every sunday and monday.

· Training new staffs

· Additional work assigned by Supervisors ( Act as problem solver).

· Act as Backup if there is a staff shortage.

Skillset Required:

· Ability to work with flexibility in a continuous schedule of day, nights, holidays, and weekends.

· University degree or equivalent with experience in related positions, as well as working knowledge in a similar role.

· Excellent mathematical, multitasking, and computer skills.

· Proficiency in using computers, calculator, and other machines required for transactions.

· Outstanding customer relation skills and ability to ensure a customer priority culture.

Age limit is 30 years old and can speak English and Arabic

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
