I’m on the hunt for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us drive our Sales and Marketing teams to success! Are you someone with a love for all things recruitment and someone who keeps the talent pipelines rolling? If so, please keep reading!

About us

This is why Talent Acquisition (TA) holds a business crucial role and we are of the most exciting areas to work in right now! With you joining the team, we will consist of ten Talent Acquisition Specialists. The team is diverse on multiple levels: career background, TA experience and seniority, gender and nationality. None of us are new to TA however, so whether you are still early on in your career, or have already earned your stripes, I guarantee you will develop in my team!

Your role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be in the driver's seat when it comes to finding and attracting the cream of the crop. You'll work alongside our hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies that will steer us in the necessary direction. We utilize as much data as possible (for example Talent Insights) to educate our stakeholders and setup a proper recruitment strategy for each role, making each recruitment different from the previous. Sales and Marketing is an area with a diverse set of roles, ranging from traditional sales for our established products (such as buses and trucks), to roles enabling our digital services and newer business models.

Skills to thrive in the role
Preferably you have a University degree in relevant area, but relevant work experience weighs equally. You have experience working in an in-house TA department as a recruiter or similar. Strong English communication skills are crucial. Advising and coaching will be part of your day-to-day activities and it is important that you’re comfortable working with managers at different levels in the organization. You understand that feedback is important in collaborations and you feel comfortable giving- and requesting it. You are able to maintain a good overview of your recruitment portfolio and you are excellent at showcasing the progress to your stakeholders. Lastly, you give it your all to deliver a top notch candidate experience. If you are unsure if you qualify for the above, please send your application anyways.

Me as your manager
My vision is that the Talent Acquisition Specialist is a true partner and a trusted advisor to the business. For me that doesn’t mean that you only execute recruitment requests, although this will be your main delivery. I want you to be close to the business, focusing on building relationships with your stakeholders and establishing yourself quickly in the department you are supporting. When it comes to me as a leader, I aim to always have an inclusive, coaching leadership style where trust, well-being, development and having fun are my main priorities.
