Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Provide information to guests about the organization and its services
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests and colleagues
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and phone systems
- Time management skills to ensure efficient handling of tasks and appointments
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written

As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. Please note that this position requires excellent time management skills as well as proficiency in English. Previous experience in a similar role or in technical sales is a plus.
