Remote Work From Home

Bilingual Virtual Care Representative position will work in a fast-paced call center environment to take incoming technical calls from members of our clients healthcare plans. You'll assist with Doctor/Patient video appointment and remote monitoring device set-up, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise, to include internet/data installation and connection issues.

You'll utilize computer and databases to record the results of your interactions. There is no cold calling, no sales.

Monday thru Friday shifts, no weekends at this time, and no shifts past 8pm

Three weeks of paid training. Training will be Monday thru Friday from 8am - 5pm MST and the production schedule is 11:30a – 8p MST.

Pay is $15 per hour with $1 more per hour attendance bonus if criteria is met.

There may be from time to time where you will need to come into the office if requested.

Qualifications:

Call center experience required.

Technical Support experience highly preferred.

High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Minimum typing speed = 30wpm.

Excellent written and verbal skills.

Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of and personal computers required, including experience with Windows based environments.
