Position Overview:
As a Bilingual Lash Instructor at Bloom Lash, you will play a vital role in training and nurturing aspiring lash artists. You will be responsible for conducting training sessions, sharing your expertise, and ensuring that our students receive the highest level of education and guidance in the art of lash extensions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your lash extension skills, teach students effectively, and contribute to the growth and success of Bloom Lash.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive and engaging lash extension training sessions for students, both in English and Spanish.
- Instruct students on lash application techniques, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Demonstrate exceptional lash extension skills and share real-world experiences to enhance the learning process.
- Provide constructive feedback, guidance, and support to students to help them develop their lash extension abilities.
- Collaborate with the education team to develop and update training materials, curriculum, and resources.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new techniques, and product innovations to ensure training content remains relevant and effective.
- Maintain a positive and professional learning environment that encourages students' growth and creativity.
- Assist in organizing events, workshops, and conferences, which may involve travel across the US.
- Uphold the company's standards of excellence and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in lash extension application.
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish, with exceptional communication skills in both languages.
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Flexibility to travel across the US for training and event purposes.
- Certified lash artist with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
- Passionate about the beauty industry and committed to staying updated with the latest trends and techniques.
- Patient, approachable, and skilled in providing constructive feedback.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
