We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails, maintain office equipment, order and stock supplies and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and capable of providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer incoming calls and provide basic information about the company.
- Respond to patrons needs, requests and concerns.
- Collect payments and accurately apply to the patron's account.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $24.21 per hour
