Job Description
The position is at a health tech company. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to take on a crucial position in shaping an exceptional recruiting process and ensuring a top-notch candidate experience. The perfect candidate should showcase a proven history of working closely with hiring managers to efficiently spot and attract top-tier talent. This individual thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting that encourages open and collaborative inquiry.
Responsibilities
- Oversee complete recruitment processes across various departments.
- Work closely with hiring managers to anticipate staffing requirements, comprehend the necessary competencies for success, and design an interview framework that accurately evaluates candidate suitability.
- Create novel and efficient approaches to engage high-caliber talent and establish a robust talent pipeline, encompassing both active and passive candidates.
- Consistently monitor and analyze crucial recruitment metrics, sharing insights with internal stakeholders. Evaluate the efficacy of our recruitment strategies and propose remedies as required.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on compensation suggestions and effectively negotiate offer acceptances with final-stage candidates.
- Proactively identify avenues for enhancing the candidate experience and refining recruitment procedures.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting.
- Proven capability in independently managing multiple requisitions spanning different departments.
- Demonstrated success in establishing candidate pipelines.
- Adept communicator recognized for building trust with hiring managers and other essential stakeholders.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for discovering creative solutions to recruitment hurdles.
- Strong sense of ownership coupled with the ability to navigate swiftly and effectively through multiple shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, resume databases, Applicant Tracking Systems, and professional networks (e.g., GreenHouse ATS, AppCast, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
