Responsible for a wide-range of nursing services for the severely and persistently mentally ill outpatient population. The position will work in collaboration with MFS psychiatrists and mental health professionals. Qualifications: N.H. Licensed Registered Nurse; minimum one year experience in mental health nursing; experience with children and adolescents helpful; certification in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing preferred. ACT Mental Health Professional Full-time position. To provide ACT services to clients that are high acuity in several areas of functioning; work collaboratively with multidisciplinary treatment team, assisting in treatment, substance abuse services, and crisis intervention to families; and work under the clinical supervision of the Team Leader. On Call (telephone coverage) required. Qualifications: BA in Human Services or related field and experience in community based psychosocial rehabilitation treatment or Case Management Services preferred Emergency Services Clinician Per diem position. To provide crisis evaluations in ER, office, and community. Responsible for providing crisis intervention for persons experiencing psychiatric/ emotional crises; intervention includes phone screening; face-to-face evaluations; referrals for medication evaluations. Qualifications: MA in Psychology; Counseling; Counseling Psychology, Social Work or a related clinical field from an accredited college or university; plus two years post Masters relevant experience. Preference given to a degree that is certifiable or licensable in NH. Community & Family Services Specialists Full-time positions in Adult and Older Adults Programs. Perform a wide variety of therapeutic supports, plans, coordinates, provides and monitors therapeutic, rehabilitative, support and community integration services for adult and older adults with emotional difficulties to assist these individuals to integrate as fully as possible into the community. Requirements: BA in psychology or related field and two years experience. Good driving record required and reliable transportation.
