Missions:
- A dynamic and experienced Partner Operations Manager to oversee and manage Xcelerator's partnership programs.
- Be responsible for developing and executing effective strategies that drive growth through partnerships with key partners.
- Be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, tracking and analyzing partner performance, and developing and maintaining strong relationships with partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive user growth and meet business objectives.
- Manage day-to-day operations of partnership programs, including partner onboarding process, training, and support.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop marketing materials, sales tools, and other resources to support partnerships.
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing and sales initiatives, and execute campaigns to drive demand.
- Evaluate and negotiate partnership agreements, including contracts, service level agreements, and other legal documents.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in partnership management, and make recommendations for improvements to partnership programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of partnership strategies, processes, and best practices.
- Proven track record of developing and managing successful partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience with Salesforce, or other CRM tools is a plus.
