A Community Mental Health Agency Serving Windham and Windsor Counties

Adult Outpa! tient Clinical Supervisor (37.5 hrs/wk) - HCRS is looking for a Master's level individual to provide clinical and administrative supervision to a team of clinicians and case managers in the Springfield area. The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills that have a positive influence on staff motivation, confidence, and skill-building, while also cultivating relationships with in-house programs and community partners. Excellence in multi-tasking, communication, problem-solving, and computer skills are critical to the success of this position. Master's degree in a related field, licensure as an LADC, and at least 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience are required. Please reference position #3210

Community Support Specialist-Police Liaison(s) - Full time 37.50hr/wk positions collaborating closely with Police Departments in Springfield/Windsor and in Brattleboro, as we as other local Police Departments, this position accompanies and assists officers who co! me into contact with individuals with mental health, substance! abuse and/or developmental disabilities. This position provides screening, crisis assessment, de-escalation, case management and referral to services if needed. The work also includes collaborating with various community providers. We are looking for a person with at least two years experience in crisis, first response and community mental health. A relevant Bachelor's degree is required with a MA preferred.

Specialized Residential House Leader(s) - New Program. Full Time 40.00hr/wk positions are available in a Developmental Home. Must be willing to work some nights or weekends and be available to provide support to clients in crisis. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team providing direct oversight of residential homes for individuals with intellectual disabilities, to include supervision of direct care staff. We are looking for a creative, flexible, patient and dependable perso! n to teach independent living skills, socialization and community integration in the Andover and Rockingham areas. Ability to administer medications, complete required paperwork and follow behavior plans and other protocols regarding health and safety required. Bachelor's degree in relevant area preferred or a high school diploma plus 3 years of experience in human services. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Supervisory skills a plus.

Medical Assistant - Full Time 37.50hrs/wk position is currently available in Brattleboro. Seeking a motivated individual to join our dynamic team in our Community Rehabilitation Treatment program. Qualified candidate will work closely with psychiatrist/physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to assist in entering prescription medications and patient data into electronic medical record and/or make corrections to information entered. Candidate must be able to recognize and unders! tand basic medical terminology and medication orders. Maintain a high d! egree of accuracy and confidentiality of information entered and respond to inquiries regarding entered data in a timely manner. Must be a detail oriented team player with ability to multi-task, prioritize and handle deadlines in a fast paced environment. Experience working with DrFirst program a plus but will train right applicant.
