Work collaboratively with o! ur Board Certified Psychiatrist and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Mental Health Counselors,Licensed Substance Abuse Counselors, Case Managers.
Full time opportunities, in our new office facility.
We are part of the Community Health Services of Lamoille Valley, a Federally Qualified Health Center, which allows us to work individually with each client to make sure they receive high quality care, at a cost they can afford.
