TEOCO’s Audit team is seeking a smart, self-motivated, and collaborative candidate.
Responsibilities:
- This is a great opportunity to gain or build upon experience in consulting, developing a foundation of utility invoice knowledge and learning software tools.
- Based on direction from management, the analyst will be responsible for ensuring various types of utility invoices are properly account coded and processed through the system when the system fails to do so automatically. In addition, analysts may be asked to populate contact log notes, directly in the system or through the template, on select invoices.
- Required notes may explain new charges, changes in charges, or location information related to specific services. In addition, analysts may be asked to complete some basic reviews of charges and create disputes for anything deemed improper.
- All processes related to the position will be documented in an Operations Guide.
- It is expected that the analyst has a solid understanding of all applicable processes listed in the guide and supports efforts to keep it maintained.

Experience and Qualifications:
Essential:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math or Statistics
- Strong attention to detail
Desirable:
- 2+ years of experience working in a utility environment or A/P environment is helpful
- Superior software PC skills in MS Excel, Access, Business Objects, and Word
- Previous experience with Utility invoices is helpful
