JOB SUMMARY: The Outpatient Care Coordinator for Central Intake & Registration assists the supervisor in maintaining office functions, and works within policies and procedures for ! programs and facilities for Central Intake and Registration Department. The particular areas of policy and procedure that are the focus of this position are related to billing, collections and accurate database management, and assisting psychiatrists as necessary.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
May be required to perform duties of lesser, equal or greater responsibility.
QUALIFICATIONS :
1. High school graduate involving business training.
2. A minimum of three years secretarial/administrative experience in a comparable setting.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including spreadsheet and database management experience required.
4. Typing speed of 40-50 WPM required.
5. Confidentiality and telephone screening skills very important.
