Program Coordinator/Clinical Supervisor - Early Childhood Mental Health/CIS
Full time position available in Brattleboro. The Program Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day clinical supervision and oversight of the Early Childhood Mental Health part of the Children's Integrated Services project, collaboration with the Winston Prouty Center, the Vermont Department of Health and HCRS. Coordinator will lead a staff of 3 clinicians, represent mental health at the weekly CIS case review and assignment meetings and be the liaison between CIS and HCRS. Will complete quarterly and annual reports as well as provide direct services including child and family assessment and therapy. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years experience in early childhood mental health, family systems, and working with young children with emotional disorders. Prior clinical work in pre-school settings a plus. This individual must possess excellent ! oral/written communication skills, provide leadership and be h! ighly motivated. Must have strong organizational and supervisory skills, be able to multi-task and enjoy working in a fast-paced, challenging environment. Clinical Masters required, licensure preferred.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Full time 37.50hrs/wk position to provide services for clients served by the Adult Mental Health Program throughout Windham and Windsor counties. The Psychiatric NP will provide evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric disorders and also provide emergency care/consultation, psycho-social and physical assessment and manage patient care in conjunction with the HCRS clinical team under the supervision/collaboration of the HCRS Senior Psychiatrist. Will serve as a consultant and educator to families and staff. Prescribe and manage medication for the treatment of psychiatric disorders. Participate in the development of treatment plans and approve when required. Work closely with applied beha! vior analysts, registered nurses, psychologists and other staff to support the behavioral and mental health needs of clients. Requirements: Currently licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Vermont with a minimum 3 years experience in a community mental health setting treating people with developmental disabilities and chronic mental illness is required. Adult Mental Health/Substance Abuse Clinical Supervisor (37.5 hrs/wk) - Leadership - Clinical excellence - Building community relationships: The major skills required to be successful as a supervisor in our Brattleboro Adult Outpatient Program that serves individuals with co-occurring needs. We are looking for someone who will provide clinical and administrative supervision to a team of clinicians and case managers, will carry their own small caseload of clients, and will be able to cultivate relationships with in-house programs and community partners. Excellence in multi-tasking, comm! unication, problem-solving, and computer skills are critical to the suc! cess of this position. Master's degree, licensure, and minimum 2 years of leadership experience are required. Prefer LADC; will consider LICSW or LCMHC.
